MAKING THE CUT
All of the beef that we serve in our restaurants is butchered and prepared by by us. This means hand cutting all of our steaks, blending all of the beef for our burgers and preparing unique cuts to be used for specials. Doing things this way takes a lot more time, energy and effort but we believe the quality makes it more than worth it.

We believe in knowing where our food comes from and are dedicated to supporting Michigan's rich agricultural heritage. All of our beef, pork and poultry is sourced from a very small network of local farmers as close to home as possible. By eliminating the middle men, we are able to maintain a clear line of communication with all of farmers ensuring the highest quality and integrity of the meat products we serve our guests.
