Since we opened Grand River Brewery has been dedicated to baking our own bread. What started out as simply baking rye bread for our reuben sandwich then evolved into baking brioche buns for our burgers. Soon after came sourdough and then crust for our pizza program.

In 2021 our bakery outgrew its home in our Jackson location and was moved to its own independent location inside the Manchester Market in Manchester Michigan. From this location we have been able to expand into making a variety of different cakes and pastries. Come by and get a fresh baked loaf of bread or a delicious pastry 7 days a week!
