Attend Rollin' with Bo and learn the basic skills to create three specialized sushi rolls with instruction from sushi chef Bohyeon Keller. No experience necessary, just a can do attitude!
1. Tuna Simple Maki Roll:
- Tuna, cucumber, avocado
- Sesame seeds and spicy mayo
2. Pit-a-Pat Lobster Roll:
- Pink soy paper, 2 oz lobster, mango strips, avocado
- Lemon mayo sauce and scallions garnish
3. Crunch California Roll:
- Fried panko, cream cheese, red bell pepper, crab stick
- Eel sauce and scallions garnish
Your ticket includes supplies and instructions for creating each roll, one GRB beverage of choice, and take home containers.
